Why isn't the final price set yet?
Mailmundo is in private beta. We're finalizing pricing with our first customers so it's benchmarked against real production volume — not guessed. Early-access members lock in founding pricing.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Joining the early-access list is free and there's no card required. You only pay once you choose a paid plan, and there's a free trial first.
Do you charge per contact, like Mailchimp?
No. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Constant Contact bill by how many contacts you store — your bill climbs even for people who never open. Mailmundo bills for the emails you actually send.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks and you get no surprise bill. We tell you as you approach the limit and you can upgrade in one click. We'd rather warn you than bill you by surprise.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
No contract. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your data stays exportable.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If Mailmundo isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we'll make it right.
Can I bring my Mailchimp or Constant Contact list?
Yes. You can import your contacts, templates, and suppression list, and migration help is part of onboarding — you won't start from zero.
Will my emails actually reach the inbox?
That's the core of the product. Mailmundo runs on Amazon's email infrastructure with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC set up for you, warmed IPs, and automatic bounce and complaint handling to protect your reputation.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The technical parts — domain setup, deliverability, spam rules — sit behind simple buttons. If you can send an email, you can use Mailmundo.
Will it really send in my customers' language?
Yes. Every template exists natively in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and each campaign locks one language so the wrong one never goes out.
When do WhatsApp and SMS arrive?
Email is live today. WhatsApp and SMS are on the roadmap and will use the same templates and audiences — early-access members get them first. Note: WhatsApp requires a WhatsApp Business account and is billed separately (per conversation, at Meta’s rates) — it is not part of your monthly plan price.
Is my data and sending reputation safe?
Mailmundo is a US company running on US-based infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, and compliance built in. See our Security page for the full picture.
