If you received unwanted email sent through Mailmundo, we want to know. Use this page to report it.

How to report

Email abuse@mailmundo.com with:

  • The full email source / raw headers (most clients have a "Show original" option).
  • The recipient address.
  • What kind of abuse (unwanted marketing, phishing, malware, harassment, etc.).
  • Whether you want a response (yes/no).

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge within 24 hours on business days.
  2. We trace the message back to the customer account that sent it.
  3. We review against our AUP and Anti-Spam Policy.
  4. We take action: warn, throttle, suppress, suspend, or terminate.
  5. We update suppression lists so the recipient does not receive further mail from the same source.
  6. We respond to you with the outcome if you requested a response.

What does not work

  • Reporting marketing email you opted into and forgot — please use the unsubscribe link instead.
  • Reporting transactional email triggered by your own action (purchase confirmation, password reset).
  • Reporting email you cannot prove came through Mailmundo — we need raw headers.

Phishing

If the email impersonates Mailmundo itself (claims to be from us when it isn't), report it to security@mailmundo.cominstead. We treat brand impersonation as a security incident.

Law enforcement

For criminal matters (death threats, child exploitation, etc.), contact local law enforcement first. We cooperate with valid legal process.
