Sub-processors

Mailmundo uses the following sub-processors to operate the service. We notify customers in advance of material changes (additions, replacements, or removals).

How we evaluate sub-processors
- Security and compliance posture (SOC 2, ISO 27001, where available).
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA) terms.
- Region availability for data residency requirements.
- Operational reliability and reputation.
Notification of changes
When we add or replace a sub-processor that processes personal data, we publish the change here and notify customers by email at least 30 days in advance unless an emergency requires faster action.
