The honest take
If you're a generic SaaS shipping transactional email, Resend or Postmark are great choices. They're focused, well-built, and priced fairly.
If you're a Fortune 500 with deep marketing ops, SendGrid or Twilio Engage gives you the throughput and the integrations.
If you're running a cleaning business, none of those were built for you. They don't have automation templates for "quote sent → no response → 7 day nurture." Their AI copywriters don't know that "deep clean" isn't the same as "move-out clean." They call your cleaners "agents" or "contractors." You'll spend the first six months teaching them your vocabulary.
