Sending policies
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC required on all sending domains.
- Custom MAIL FROM aligned with the sending domain.
- MTA-STS enforce mode.
- TLS-RPT publishing enabled.
- Suppression on hard bounce and complaint, immediate and permanent.
- Engagement-based sunset (90-day inactivity) on marketing streams.
- Frequency capping per recipient.
- Stream separation (transactional vs marketing) at the configuration set and IP level.
Authentication
Sending domains use SPF, DKIM (rotated every 90 days), DMARC, and ARC on forwarded messages. We honor MTA-STS and TLS-RPT.
Reporting
DMARC aggregate reports go to dmarc@mailmundo.com. Failure reports may also be sent there. We parse and act on these in our DMARC aggregator.
Block-list inquiries
If our sending IP appears on your block-list, please email postmaster@mailmundo.com with: the IP, the listing reason, the time window, and a sample message-id if available. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours on business days.
Customer enforcement
We act on legitimate abuse reports against customer accounts. Repeat violators are suspended or terminated. We log enforcement actions in an immutable audit trail.
Data we provide on request
For valid law-enforcement requests with proper legal process, we provide data we are legally obligated to share. We do not pre-comply and we challenge overbroad requests.
