We aren't hiring yet — and that's the plan.

Mailmundo is being built deliberately small. The founder, paired with Claude and a focused stack, is shipping the v1 platform end-to-end before bringing anyone else on. First hires planned alongside the open beta in 2027.

How we'll hire

  • Senior, remote, async-first.

    When we open roles, we hire experienced engineers + ops people who thrive without daily meetings. No junior pipeline before the platform is mature.

  • Distributed across timezones we care about.

    Brazil, US, and EU first — matches our markets and our trilingual posture.

  • Equity from the first hire.

    Standard early-stage equity grants. Nobody joins Mailmundo to be a number.

  • AI-native team.

    Everyone we hire works alongside AI agents the same way the founder does today. If you're allergic to that workflow, this isn't the right fit.
